Shipping can take between 3-15 business days depending on the type of items you’ve ordered. Our handmade collections from Bali for example, can take up to 10 days for processing, then shipping can take an additional 7-10 days based on your location and the shipping option you chose at check out.

Your order will be processed within 48 business hours from the order date and will take 3-15 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping may take up to 20 business days. Shipping is free of charge for all orders over $75.  

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after you place an order. Tracking numbers are usually sent between 3-4 business days. If you don’t receive both, please make sure your email is correct and contact us afterward for further assistance.

We ship worldwide, the shipping time and fees for overseas purchase are applied at checkout.

Taxes, VAT, Duties or other customs fees may be charged once your order arrive to your destination but typically not in the USA. These fees are determined by your local customs office and not by us.

The prices displayed on our site are based on US free taxes. Most orders do not incur any extra fees upon arrival at their destination country. However, if customs decided that your order is eligible for fees, then you are responsible to pay the duties and/or taxes/VAT imposed.

At Little Secret of Mine, we strive to process all orders within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Please email us within 48 hours to cancel your order.

Note that once any order has been processed, packed and delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you will have the option to change it if you need. You can also log into your account and upstate your profile.

While some items may arrive early, others can experience shipping delays. The longest wait is usually 3 weeks. Unfortunately, some items can take even longer, depending on processing time, where the order is delivered, time of year, customs, and other unforeseen delays.

Fear not, your items are on their way!
Because we have partnered with few artisans from around the world, many items will ship from their locations, using different carriers. This means that some of your items might arrive earlier than others.

By sourcing products directly from local craftsman, we are able to offer you the best quality at competitive prices.
