How does LITTLE SECRET OF MINE ship your order?

1. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of the purchase.

2. Once order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail containing your tracking number so that you can check the delivery status of your order.
***If you do not receive the shipping email confirmation within days of ordering, go to “My Account” at www.littlesecretofmine.com & click on “ORDERS” to view previous purchases and get a tracking number of a particular order. 

3. Orders may take 3-7 days to arrive after being shipped. Please keep this in mind when you’re ordering for a last minute event to consider BOTH PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING TIME. 

What shipping methods are offered? And how long does it take to ship?

The total time it takes to receive your package is described as below:

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing time = the time when you place an order and LITTLE SECRET OF MINE begins to prepare it for shipping (usually within 1-2 business days & weekends and holidays are not included).

Shipping time = the time when your order has shipped. It can take 3-7 days to receive your order.

****Due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed in some cases and international deliveries may take longer than usual.

LITTLE SECRET OF MINE has partnered with major international shipping companies, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, & FedEx to offer the most effective shipping methods.

How much is the shipping cost?

The price depends on the weight of product, the destination, the shipping method, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information will be available at check out.

What is customs tax?

Taxes apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. LITTLE SECRET OF MINE is not responsible for any tax charged at custom. The amount of customs taxes depend on policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for more information.
