However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return “applicable” items (items that qualify for returns) within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit. Returns are accepted based on our approval and authorization only. Note that Little Secret of mine DOES NOT REFUND, we have a store credit only policy.

Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the email so we can ensure your request is accurately processed.
To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original unused condition with all tags intact. Please note that Little Secret of Mine does not provide return shipping labels and is not responsible for any shipping or handling costs incurred on any returns.
+ Clothing must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
+ No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.
+ All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.
- Customized items (either in custom color, custom size or custom style) are considered final sale items, and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories such as hats, hair adornments, feet and body jewelries, etc.
- Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
A $2.50 restocking fee will be withheld from any return received without its original packaging or tags.
- Sale and clearance items are considered final sale, and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Intimate items like bralettes, shapewear, underwear, corsets, petticoats and garters.
- Bikinis (One and two pieces) are final sales for hygiene purposes.

Helpful Mailing Hint: When you’re returning your items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75 to r sure we receive your returns.
Lost / Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns or packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all directions carefully to avoid any mistakes. If the package is sent back to you with postage due, it is your responsibility to take care of the charges. Little Secret of Mine will not reimburse additional charges.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a store credit or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
At this time we do not offer exchanges. You can, however, return any qualifying order for store credit at which time you can place another order.
All shipping charges, gift cards, and store credits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Any falsely filed chargebacks will be subject to a $10 fee. This fee covers the cost of refuting an invalid chargeback.
False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
Defective / Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported to customer service email@example.com within 2 days of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. The pieces must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Why haven’t I received my order?
While some items may arrive early, others can experience shipping delays. The longest wait is usually 2 weeks. Unfortunately, some items shipped internationally may take even longer, depending on processing time, where the order is delivered, time of year, customs, and other unforeseen delays.
2. I’ve only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Fear not, your items are on their way!
Because we have partnered with several warehouses from around the world, many items will ship from their locations, using different carriers. This means that some of your items might arrive earlier than others.
By doing so, we are able to offer you quality products at competitive prices.
3. What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Please note that any order that is processed, packed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
4. What if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately after completing the order. We are not able to change an order once it has been shipped. You can send us an email at email@example.com

UN-DELIVERABLE & RETURN TO SENDER
In the event that an UNOPENED package is returned due to an "un-deliverable" address or “return to sender,” a restocking fee will be assessed once we receive the returned package. Then a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that can be used online at www.littlesecretofmine.con.
5. Will I be charged customs, taxes or VAT?
Taxes, VAT, Duties or other customs fees may be charged once your order arrive to your destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and not by us.
The prices displayed on our site are based on US free taxes. Most orders do not incur any extra fees upon arrival at their destination country. However, if customs decided that your order is eligible for fees, then you are responsible to pay the duties and/or taxes/VAT imposed.
